Our teams comprise individuals from diverse Tanzanian cultures and various countries, coming together to achieve our mission of empowering local economies.

  1. Operations Team: This team is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Msosidrop, including managing orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Technology Team: This team is responsible for developing and maintaining Msosidrop’s software and technology infrastructure. They ensure the platform functions correctly and promptly addresses any issues.
  3. Marketing Team: This team promotes Msosidrop to potential customers and increases brand awareness. They develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, and engage with customers to build loyalty.
  4. Restaurant Partnerships Team: This team is responsible for building relationships with local restaurants and negotiating partnerships to expand Msosidrop’s offerings.
  5. Customer Support Team: This team is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns that arise. They ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained and that Msosidrop’s reputation remains positive.
  6. Finance Team: This team manages the Msosidrop’s finances, including financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting.
