Job Description:

As the Restaurant Partnerships Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring that we have a diverse and high-quality selection of restaurants on our platform. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that restaurant partnerships align with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a restaurant partnerships strategy, identifying potential partners and developing relationships with them.
• Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring that they are mutually beneficial and aligned with overall business objectives.
• Manage existing partnerships, ensuring that restaurant partners are satisfied and engaged with Msosidrop platform.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges with restaurant partners, working closely with other departments as needed.
• Analyze and report on partnership performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that restaurant partnerships align with overall business objectives.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in restaurant partnerships, business development, or sales, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Knowledge of the food industry and restaurant operations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
