Job Description:

As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that human resource goals align with overall business objectives

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop and manage employee relations programs and policies, ensuring a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement performance management programs and policies, including employee evaluation and goal setting.
  • Manage employee training and development programs, ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that human resource goals align with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve employee conflicts and grievances, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Hire and manage a team of human resource professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in human resource management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex human resource issues.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Experience with human resource software and tools, such as payroll and benefits management systems.
