Job Description:

As the Digital Marketing & Branding Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and improve customer retention. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and strategies, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring that all marketing efforts are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, including website traffic, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV), and use data-driven insights to improve marketing performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate external vendors, such as creative agencies and media partners, to ensure that marketing campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into marketing strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and deliver compelling marketing messages to a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Strong creative skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out in a crowded marketplace.
  • Experience with social media and online advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other marketing software tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design and content creation tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
