Operations Manager

Job Description:

As the Operations Manager, you will manage and optimize all aspects of Msosidrop operations. This includes ensuring that orders are processed efficiently, coordinating driver schedules, and managing customer service inquiries. Additionally, you will work closely with our restaurant partners to ensure a seamless delivery experience for Msosidrop customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Msosidrop platform, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Manage and optimize driver schedules, ensuring that we have sufficient coverage to meet customer demand.
• Handle customer service inquiries and complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all aspects of our operations.
• Work closely with our restaurant partners to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including drivers, restaurant partners, and customers.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of operations staff, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed in their roles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the delivery industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
