Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join Msosidrop team and provide excellent customer service to our platform users. You will be responsible for assisting customers with any inquiries or issues they may have while using our platform, resolving problems, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints by providing accurate information, investigating issues, and finding solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of the Msosidrop’s features and services to provide better support to customers.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a customer support representative or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • College diploma or degree preferred.
